Historic building transformed into one of Tampa Bay’s premiere boutique hotels. The building façade and entrances were accented by a combination of LED up lights and down lights. Dining and pedestrian areas were created to provide a feeling of welcoming as well as safety. The building was awarded the AIA Tampa Bay Award for Design Excellence.
